Hojung Jun
Hojung Jun is a member of the Executive Committee of WILJ and has been a member of WILJ since its foundation. After obtaining a bachelor degree in law and art history from Ewha Womans University (Korea), she worked in Washington D.C. as a curator at an international, non-profit organization providing travelling exhibition services for galleries and museums. After leaving the art world, she obtained a J.D. degree from the University of Illinois (US) and has been admitted to the New York Bar since 2009. She worked in Korea as in-house legal counsel at one of the world’s largest construction companies. Since she moved to Tokyo in 2014, she has worked at international law firms in Tokyo. She is a senior associate at Baker McKenzie’s energy and infrastructure group and was also seconded to a major Japanese trading house in Tokyo advising on various overseas investments.
