Women in Law Japan is delighted to invite you to join us for an exclusive Latham HomeBody fitness class. Latham HomeBody is developed in partnership with Mark Fisher Fitness (MFF) as part of LiveWell Latham, the firm’s global health and well-being program.
Join us for 60 minutes of exercise and fun as we shake up your morning routine from the comfort of your home. The live fitness class will be led by a professional instructor via Zoom.
Who can join?
Exercises are appropriate for all levels of fitness. We welcome your family, or other members of your household, to join us for the virtual workout.
How is the class structured? What can I expect?
The instructor will provide demonstrations of each exercise, and share useful tips along the way. We recommend using your laptop for better clarity during the class.
Do I need any exercise equipment?
This thoughtfully designed home workout can be done with limited space and no equipment is required. However, if you would like to use weights (or a substitute like bottled water or other household items), feel free! A yoga mat is also helpful, but not required.
