10 October is World Mental Health Day. LLAN is delighted to invite again, Vickie Skorji, Lifeline Director (TELL / Tokyo English Life Line) to conduct a workshop on ways to avoid burnout and enhance your resilience during the ongoing pandemic / WFH / economic instability / US elections / typhoon season (apologies – this list alone sounds quite depressing).

Unfortunately there has been an uptick of mental health issues in Japan recently, including famous actors and actresses. We would like to let you know that you are not alone and while lawyers tend to be resilient and adaptable creatures, we also endure high-stress lives in a competitive environment. Vickie will share a few fun exercises and tips which may help us overcome any COVID/WFH burnout and enhance our resilience during such challenging times and beyond.
