Time : 11:30am to 12:45pm
WOOP is a science-based mental strategy that people can use to find and fulfill their wishes, set preferences, and change their habits.

In this workshop, you will have a chance to share your plan in breakout rooms and receive peer support and inspiration.

In this workshop we will combine the WOOP (Wish, Outcome, Obstacle, Plan) Model with the Points of You® Coaching Game to bring together science and imagination to help you overcome internal obstacles and achieve your goals. By combining positive psychology with the use of image and metaphor, you will open up a new side of your brain for insights and ideas.
