Thank you to Amazon Japan for hosting the first WILJ Mentoring event for 2020. On Friday 7th February, 2020, at 8:30am, Angela Krantz and Laurie Lebrun sat down with approximately 20 members of the legal community to discuss a timely topic – “Strategies for Recharging your Career in the New Year”. As hoped, it was a highly interactive conversation as attendees came prepared to discuss some of their professional goals for 2020.
Topics included issues such as:
** how to make the most out of a move to a foreign office
** how to become a better manager of junior lawyers
** how to best handle a cultural mis-match in a current company environment – including how to evaluate if it is actually time to find a new job.
